2. Scope and Acceptance

This Policy applies to the website, product pages, shopping cart, checkout, customer accounts, contact forms, social-media or messenger orders, newsletters, and purchases made through the website. By using the website, placing an order, or contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where separate consent is required, it is obtained through the relevant checkout, newsletter, cookie-management, or other affirmative action.

3. Personal Data We Collect

When you place an order, we may process your name, surname, telephone number, email address, delivery address, order details, selected size and colour, payment status, delivery status, return or exchange information, and messages sent to us. If you create an account, we may process account-login information and technical information connected with the account.

The website may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, visit time, pages viewed, cart information, and data obtained through cookies.

We do not request or intentionally store your full payment-card number, CVV/CVC code, or card PIN. If payment is made through Bank’s VPOS environment, card details are entered on the bank’s payment page and the website should receive only technical order and payment-result information.

4. Sources of Data

We may receive data directly from you through checkout, your customer account, a contact form, email, telephone, WhatsApp, social-media messages, newsletter subscription, or a return or exchange request. We may also receive limited technical information generated during payment, security, delivery, and website operation.

5. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data to accept and fulfil orders, prepare and deliver products, record selected sizes and colours, confirm payment status, communicate about orders and returns, provide customer service, operate customer accounts, comply with accounting and tax obligations, maintain website security, prevent fraud and misuse, improve the website, and manage stock and product availability.

Marketing messages, newsletters, and communications about new collections or discounts are sent only where the required consent has been obtained or another lawful basis applies. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the message or contacting us at info@samaclothing.com

6. Legal Basis and Data Minimisation

We process personal data where necessary to enter into or perform a sale or other contract, comply with legal obligations, rely on your consent, or pursue another applicable lawful basis. We collect only the data necessary for the relevant purpose and do not use it for incompatible or previously undisclosed purposes unless permitted by applicable law.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

A limited amount of personal data may be shared with delivery providers, warehouse or order-processing partners, hosting and technical-service providers, Bank or another payment-service provider, accounting or legal-service providers, and competent public authorities where required by law.

Each recipient receives only the information necessary for its function. SAMA Clothing does not sell customers’ personal data. Transfers to external service providers are made under a contractual, legal, or other applicable basis and subject to reasonable confidentiality and security measures.

If external providers located outside the Republic of Armenia are used, their names and the applicable transfer safeguards must be added here: None.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about the processing of your personal data, obtain a copy or explanation of the data held about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request restriction or deletion where legally available, withdraw consent, and object to direct marketing.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not stop processing based on another lawful basis, such as a legal obligation or an existing order.

For security, we may request reasonable proof of identity. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. 11. Cookies and Social Media

Necessary cookies may be used for the shopping cart, checkout, account login, security, and core website functions. If analytics or marketing cookies are used, the website should provide a separate consent and preference mechanism where required.

You may change cookie preferences through the website’s cookie-management tool or your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart, account, checkout, or order functions from operating correctly.

When you use links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another social platform, that platform may process data under its own privacy policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the website, products, services, technical systems, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be accompanied by an additional notice.
